         You have been talking about the DEAL with the Hotel for last 8 weeks, but we have not moved forward we have an Expert in BK and could run circles around anyone Petell has hired on this deal, but we would like to make the LOAN to Finnish the project but can not just sit and wait for the owner and his lawyer work though something we could already have a DIP LOAN in place or fix the deal

 

Information i need

 

1) BK case Number

 

2) Update on were things stand

 

3) CONF call with the owner of hotel so we can move forward
